We are proud to celebrate over 110 years of excellence in education. Home of the Menehune, known for their legendary craftsmanship, Waiākeawaena continues to uphold a strong tradition of learning, character, and community.

This year’s theme, Kupu ke aloha, kupu ka ʻike – “Where love grows, knowledge grows” – reminds us that when we lead with aloha, we nurture the foundation for true learning and connection. This message reflects the heart of our school and how we care for one another every day.

We believe communication is key to a successful school experience. To keep our families informed and engaged, we use social media, Parent Square, and School Messenger.

We also encourage families to stay involved by joining our Parent Teacher Association (PTA) or School Community Council (SCC). Your partnership is vital to our success.
